- Description
- We are delighted to be recruiting for a newly created Customer Services role at a company that is at the forefront of technological change in the property finance industry. They require an experienced Customer Services Team Leader who will manage the 1st line operations alongside a team of Managers, Business Analysts and IT personnel. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of lending products, focusing on administrative and telephone duties (as follows) -
- 3 years minimum overseeing a customer services team
- Experience monitoring inbound and outbound calls
- Experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of ISA products
- Liaise with IT for full system and telephone usage
- Resolve complaints while remaining fully compliant with guidelines
- Produce performance and improvement reports
- Oversee the recording of all customer activity
- Advertise products to all customers
