Due to rapid growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join a boutique Investment House based in Bristol, as they seek to hire a Client Summaries Administrator to join their team. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Team’s operations run smoothly and efficiently, enabling them to deliver excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity to see how all departments work and run.
Duties of the Client Administrator to include:
- Complete client summaries for new and existing clients
- Comply with FCA regulations
- Type and produce documentation
- Liaise with clients to arrange meetings for the IFAs
- Ad hoc admin
- Client onboarding
Requirements for the successful Client Administrator candidate:
- Suitable for a recent grad with some work experience
- Personable and professional with strong time management skills and a keen eye for detail
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office packages.
- Degree 2:1 or higher
