A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a boutique PR firm, specializing in high net worth clients and based in central London. Joining their People team, the Learning and Development Administrator will be supporting colleagues across London, Europe and IMEA at this international firm, playing a vital role in their development journey. You will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of relevant training and development opportunities. Due to the nature of the role, we are seeking candidates from a corporate background, with demonstrable experience of a high volume and fast paced workload.
Duties of the HR (L&D) Administrator to include:
- Developing the learning and development agenda inline with the firm’s strategy and business objectives. You will be working alongside Office Heads and Business Leaders to identify and support the training needs across the business, working in cohesion across different departments.
- Investigating and identifying new ways to approach training and development to reflect the quality of individuals and the larger firm.
- Oversight of key programs that are already in existence at the firm, including core training programs and managing training resources.
- Responsible for coordinating all duties relating to the Learning and Development agenda. This may include invitations, booking venues, sending mail lists etc.
- Responsible for supporting a wide range of bespoke in-house training programs for employees, identify business needs of offices and individuals to ensure these are tailored and curated appropriately.
Requirements for the successful Learning and Development Administrator:
- 2+ years experience of providing comprehensive coordination support within a Learning and Development team.
- Professional background within corporate services, possessing a highly professional attitude at all times
- Ability to handle a high volume workload within a face paced environment. This is a stand-alone role, so we are seeking candidates who are happy and confident working independently.
