- Rapidly expanding trading house based in the City of London are currently recruiting for an experienced Benefits Advisor working directly alongside the Payroll and Benefits Manager. The main aim is to deliver employee benefits to the UK and European workforce. You will be responsible for benefits for each location including pensions and flexible benefits - candidates must have strong excel skills.- Provide training and advice to employees on their benefit packages- Working with vendors to ensure benefits are reviewed and renewed regularly- Responsible for all administration relating to benefits and pensions from new joiners and leavers, invoice management- Accurately calculate benefit in kind cash equivalent values and voluntary deductions for payroll processing- Assist with the management of benefits renewals with external vendors in a timely, efficient and cost effective mannerCandidates must have gained a number of years experience in a benefits advisor position - ideally from the financial services sector - and understand the differences in European jurisdictions.
